  • 4+ years shipping production full-stack (React / Node or Python)
  • Comfort with 0→1 ambiguity — you'd rather build than specify

  • Partnerships with HR/EAP teams, student communities, and creator voices
  • Own the weekly growth dashboard and unit economics

We're looking for

  • 3+ years of performance marketing in a consumer/health/legal-tech startup
  • You've run paid budgets from scratch and know how to cut what isn't working
  • Content + SEO instinct; can brief a designer and ship a landing page
  • Strong writing — we're a care-first brand, not a Funnel-McFunnel operation

Counsellor / Expert Partner

What you'll own

  • Take sessions (60 min) on your own calendar — you accept or decline requests

We're looking for

  • Therapy: MA/MSc/MPhil/PhD Psychology, RCI registration preferred
  • Legal: Bar Council-registered, 3+ years of practice
  • Physio: BPT / MPT, 2+ years clinical experience
  • Career mentors: 5+ years in a defined industry (tech, medicine, law, finance, civils)

Operations & User Experience Coordinator

What you'll own

  • Run expert verification (degrees, Bar enrolments, licence numbers)

  • Feed patterns back into product — what's breaking, what delights

We're looking for

  • 2+ years in ops / customer experience at a startup (ideally health, legal, ed-tech)
  • Warm, calm, extremely organised — you follow up without being chased
  • Comfort with dashboards (Notion, Sheets) and light SQL is a plus

  • Advise on DPDP Act implementation, data flow, and retention policies

  • 5+ years of practice; experience in tech/data/healthcare regulation preferred

What you'll own

  • Own the end-to-end hiring pipeline — sourcing → offer → onboarding
  • Draft policies that fit a remote, mission-led, care-first team
  • Run quarterly check-ins, pulse surveys, and small-team rituals
  • Support payroll, leave, and compliance logistics with our ops partner

We're looking for

  • 3+ years of HR/People experience at an early-stage startup
  • You've hired across tech + non-tech; can screen for culture without sounding HR-ish
  • Low-ego, high-empathy — you believe hiring is a two-way door
