Ajit Rai is the Co-founder, CEO and CTO of Pravio. He leads product vision, engineering, and operations — bringing together licensed clinicians, senior advocates, physiotherapists and career mentors on a single trusted platform. Ajit comes from a technology background and partners closely with Dr. Priyangu Rai (Head of Physiotherapy & MD) on clinical strategy.

Dr. Priyangu is Co-founder and Managing Director at Pravio, and Head of the Physiotherapy division. She holds an MPT in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and a BPT from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS), Bengaluru, and runs her own clinic focused on manual therapy, post-surgical rehab and long-term pain resolution. She brings 5 years of hands-on clinical experience and leads clinical standards across every pillar on Pravio.
